Terms of Service

Welcome to Lash Frame Co. ("Lash Frame Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and content editing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Lash Frame Co. provides video content editing services for lash and brow artists. Clients submit raw footage, which is edited into short-form, ready-to-post video content.
2. Free Trial
New clients are eligible to receive their first 6 videos edited free of charge, with no payment method required. There is no obligation to continue services after the free trial, and no automatic charges will occur without your affirmative action to subscribe.
3. Paid Subscription
Following the free trial, clients may elect to continue services on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Current pricing and video volume will be clearly stated at the time of subscription. Pricing for existing subscribers will not be increased without at least 30 days' advance written notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for filming and submitting footage. Lash Frame Co. is not responsible for delays in service delivery resulting from late, incomplete, or missing footage submissions. Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
5. Footage Ownership, License, and Consent
By submitting footage, you affirm that you are authorized to share it, and you grant Lash Frame Co. a license to edit the footage at its sole creative discretion — including but not limited to cutting, cropping, color correction, and the addition of music, text, or effects — for the purpose of producing your finished content. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from any third party appearing in your submitted footage; Lash Frame Co. assumes no liability for third-party consent. Finished videos are delivered to you for your use, including posting and distribution. Raw footage is deleted following your approval of finished content and is not retained thereafter.
6. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Lash Frame Co. makes no warranties regarding the performance, reception, engagement, or business outcomes resulting from posted content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lash Frame Co.'s total liability arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding month of service.
8. Modifications to Service and Terms
Lash Frame Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms or the services offered at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lash Frame Co. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
